If there are any qualities that have served Johanne Gauthier, CTP, well in her success, they would no doubt be patience, determination—and the ability to get along with others. After all, Gauthier grew up the youngest of 11 children. Learning how to relate with others and get noticed would be critical skills.
Her large-family upbringing has also instilled strong nurturing qualities in Gauthier, and she says the personal accomplishment that she is most proud of is coaching others to be successful in their careers.
